Dear Ms. Jewell,
On August 16, 2011 the Idao Public Utilities Commission provided A vista Idaho Power
Company and Rocky Mounta Power attachments re-computing the anual avoided cost rates
for new PURA contracts based on the Nortwest Power and Conservation Council's latest
natual gas price forecast. Rocky Mountain Power has reviewed those calculations and agrees
that the prices have been updated correctly. The Company accepts the new schedules as accurate.
