I am totally in agreement with the proposed stipulation by the IPUC.
There needs to be some recourse for the Utilities to recover co ;ts that occur when breach of
contracts are evident. With the PURPA law giving the producers so many benefits and none to
the Utilities and their customers, one would hope to be able to stem some of the overpriced
rates that the customers eventually have to pay for by the loop holes in the KW scam.
