Promoting the development of alternative energy sources are in everyone's best long-term
interests. The PUC should consider not just short term profits for Idaho Power, but the long-
term public good that will come from fostering new technology and infrastructure to prepare
Idaho for the future.
I object to Idaho Power using monthly power bill inserts to present a biased account of the
topic as evidenced by citing only views supportive of their position while avoiding mention
of the numerous public comments contrary to that position.
