Please describe your comment briefly:
When I received my monthly bill from ID power there was a flyer with the bill promoting, or
advertising the interest of ID Power for not buying electricity generated by wind as mandated
by federal government.
Since the cost of sending the monthly power bill is paid ultimately by consumer, Idaho Power
should not advertise its interest at consumers cost, or should allow the consumers equal
space to respond to its advertisement and clarify the issues.
