Please describe your comment briefly:
Hydro-electric power is the best green' energy source we have. Taxpayer subsidized wind,
solar, bio-mass, etc. are only money pits where the individual consumer is forced to bear the
financial burden and sacrifice cheap energy for the sake of politically popular, inefficient
and expensive energy sources. Idaho Power, in support of its customers, should have the
freedom to choose it's own source of production and/or buy supplemental electricity from any
generation source on the open market and not be subject to federal PURPA mandates.
