Please describe your comment briefly:
I am againgst all increases in rates especially increases for mothballing natural gas
plants.Next to hydro Nat gas should be very cheap and I don't know why the company is not
running these plants. I know Idacorp and Idaho power have a mini enron scheme happening with
other power suppliers and I am really suprised that its legal. I am using less power but my
costs have gone up by 30 percent in the last 4 years.
