Idaho power customers will pay an estimated 800 million in additional costs associated with the purchase of wind farm energy over the next ten years. This is an outrage! Something needs to be done very quickly about these wind turbines. There needs to to an immediate moratorium until we can figure out how not to raise Idahoans rates. We should not be buying electricity that a) we don't need b) we have to buy at inflated rates and cannot sell at a profit c) makes us subsidize the east and west coasts.
