Please describe your comment briefly:
Only needed electric power should be included in the rate base for Idaho Power. All the
independent power producers that are being forced on Idaho Power consumers are not part of
that. If Idaho Power can negotiate lower rates for consumers by buying from independent
producers, that' s fine, but if independent producer rates do not reduce rates to consumers,
it is your job to keep them out of the rate base.
