On August 1,2012,Mountain Air Projects,LLC caused to be filed with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission (Commission)a Motion for the Limited Admission of Michael J.
Uda,Esq.in Case No.GNR-E-11-03 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222;IPUC Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.05).The local Idaho counsel filing the Motion is J.Kahie Becker,1020 W.
Main Street,Suite 400,Boise,Idaho 83702.
Michael J.Uda certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the Bars
of the State of Montana and the State of Oregon and that he maintains a regular practice of law at
Uda Law Firm,P.C.,7 W.6th Avenue,Suite 4E,Helena,Montana 59601.Mr.Uda further
certifies that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho and that he
was admitted under IBCR 227.
Both Mr.Uda and local counsel,Mr.Becker,certify that a copy of the Motion,
accompanied by a $200 fee,has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Becker acknowledges
that as local counsel,his attendance shall be required at all proceedings before the Commission
in which Mr.Uda appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission.
Commission Findings
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission
filed in Case No.GNR-E-11-03 and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure,i.e.,Idaho
Bar Commission Rule 222 (Limited Admission —Pro Hac Vice)and Commission Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.05,IDAPA 3 1.01.01.019 and 043.05.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr.Becker and Mr.
Uda,we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited
admission of Mr.Uda as legal counsel for Mountain Air Projects,LLC in Case No.GNR-E-1 1-

03.We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr.Becker in further proceedings
in this docket unless needed by Mountain Air Projects.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in Case No.GNR-E-ll-03 and the Motion for
Limited Admission filed by J.Kahie Becker,local counsel,and Michael J.Uda,applying
counsel,pursuant to Idaho Code,Title 61,and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure,
31.01.01.000 etseq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and Michael J.Uda is hereby granted limited admission
in Case No.GNR-E-1l-03 as legal counsel for the applicant,Mountain Air Projects,LLC.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of J.Kahle Becker is excused from
all further proceedings in Case No.GNR-E-11-03 unless needed by Mountain Air Projects.
