Big Wood Canal Company and American Falls Reservoir District No.2 petitioned to intervene in this case on July 16,2012,after the deadline for petitioning to intervene of September 8,2011,pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,IDAPA 31.01.01 .071-.075. On July 20,2012,Idaho Power Company filed an objection to Big Wood and American Falls Reservoir’s Petition to Intervene.On July 26,2012,Big Wood and American Falls Reservoir filed a reply to Idaho Power’s objection. FINDINGS OF FACT We find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the Rules of Procedure.Big Wood and American Falls Reservoir are not permitted to disrupt or prejudice existing parties or unduly broaden the issues.Big Wood and American Falls Reservoir agree to be bound by the schedule already set for this case.See Order No.32388.Consequently, we find that granting this late intervention will not prejudice any party and that late intervention should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Big Wood Canal Company and American Falls Reservoir District No.2 is hereby granted.
