Idaho Wind Partners 1,LLC petitioned to intervene in this case on April 27,2012
after the deadline for petitioning to intervene of September 8.2011,pursuant to Rules of
Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the
Rules of Procedure.Since the date for intervenors to prefile direct testimony has expired,and in
order to provide all parties an opportunity to address Idaho Wind Partners’position on rebuttal,
we grant Idaho Wind Partners 10 days from the date of this Order to prefile direct testimony.By
providing an opportunity for Idaho Wind Partners to prefile testimony and,thereby,provide
other parties a rebuttal,we find that granting this late intervention will not prejudice any party
and that late intervention should be granted.
ORDER
IT iS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Idaho Wind
Partners I,LLC is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Idaho Wind Partners prefile direct testimony no
later than 10 days from the service date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.This intervenor is represented by the
