FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no pary timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We fuer find that based on the pleadings and other documents fied in this case,
intervention by these paries would serve the puroses of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petitions to Intervene fied by Dynamis
Energy, LLC; Board of Commissioners of Adams County, Idaho; Twin Falls and Nort Side
Canal Companies; and Birch Power Company are hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
