Tracy Hall is currentlya member of the Fall River Rural Electric Cooperative,Inc.and resides at 4506 E 200 N Rigby Idaho.The initial hook-up of this member wasaccomplishedbecauseofameasurementbytheFallRiverfieldstaffthatindicatedwehadtherightunderthelawtoserveMr.Hall.In further measurements and discussionswithUtahPower&Light Co.it became apparent that the measurement should have beencommencedfromadifferentpointandUtahPower&Light would have served Mr.Hallunderthoseconditions,
This letter is intended to be a petition to allowMr.Hall to remain a Fall River
member and that no disruption in service takes place.It is my understanding that UtahPower&Light will agree to allow Fall River to continue to serve Mr.Hall.
