PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE ~ 61-538.
CASE NO. GNR-O2-
MINUTE ORDER
On April 29, 2002, the Commission established this case to obtain information from
interested parties regarding determination of a formula for the Commission to resolve future pole
attachment rate disputes. The Commission opened this case after Idaho Power and Cable One
filed a pole attachment case with the Commission, and subsequently requested a broader
proceeding to allow other parties to participate. Subsequent to that, Idaho Power and Cable One
resolved their pole attachment dispute and the Commission dismissed the Idaho Power/Cable
One case. Staff thereafter notified the parties in the broader proceeding, Case No. GNR-02-
that Staff would ask the Commission to close the case because there did not seem to be interest
in proceeding with the broader case. The . only comments received from the parties supported
closure of Case No. GNR-02-
Staff recommended the Commission issue a Minute Order closing Case
No. GNR-02-
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that this Case No. GNR-02-, In the Matter of the
Investigation by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to Determine a Pole Attachment Rate
Formula Pursuant to Idaho Code 9 61-538, is closed.
