The Commission on January 3, 2002, issued Procedural Order No. 28921 providing for the filing of briefs by the parties, and also scheduling an oral argument for February 20, 2002. In order to accommodate other commitments in the Commission’s schedule, it is necessary to vacate the hearing for oral argument and reset it for Monday, February 25, 2002, at 10:00 a.m.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the oral argument scheduled to convene on Wednesday, February 20, 2002, has been vacated. The Commission will convene an oral argument in this case on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2002, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSION’S HEARING ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO, [phone].
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
