Dear Donn:
Pursuant to your request last week, I have enclosed for your review the Water Users’ presentation prepared by attorney Bruce Smith.
Members of the Attorney General task force met with several members of the Legislative Interim Committee today to review the draft ESSA “fix” and discuss legislative strategy.  It was decided to move forward with the Bill and touch base with the three IOUs and the Co-ops.  The Committee may schedule a hearing as early as next week.
One of the Committee members (Senator Noh-pronounced Nāy) asked about your background and I covered the high points.  If you have a current resume, could you send me one to pass on to Senator Noh.
