Pursuant to our conversation last Friday, I am forwarding for your information the electric restructuring “white paper” prepared by the Attorney General’s Office.  The paper presents a general background of the electric industry, factors promoting deregulation, and other issues.  I have also included for your information two new maps of the western states showing combined average electricity prices and company-specific electricity prices.
I understand that Matt McKeown and Jim Yost are trying to set up a meeting with you and me this Thursday or Friday to discuss restructuring.  If you have any questions regarding the enclosed materials, please call me at 334-0312.
