RE: IDWR’s Request for Electric Consumption Records

Dear Larry:

Enclosed for your information is a letter that I recently received from the Idaho Department of Water Resources requesting electric consumption data from 1994. According to the Department’s letter, the 1994 data “no longer exist in electronic format and can only be made available by producing copies off of microfiche.”

Pursuant to Idaho Code § 62-1305, the Commission requests that Idaho Power provide electric consumption data for those records identified by the Department and attached to its June 30, 1999 letter. The Energy Consumption Report is exempt from public disclosure and copying pursuant to Idaho Code § 9-340D(13). See the Commission’s Energy Consumption Rule for the appropriate report format and reimbursement of costs. IDAPA 31.81.01.013 and .021.
