Dear Mr. Richardson:
I have received your letter dated January 29, 1998 seeking information and copies of “possible amendment[s]” to the Electric Supplier Stabilization Act (ESSA).  As you clarified this afternoon in our telephone conversation, you are specifically seeking copies of possible amendments to the ESSA from either the Office of the Attorney General or employees of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
In response to your inquiry, I have ascertained that no such document exists.
