The first document is a copy of the Attorney General’s Restructuring Report presented to the Interim Legislative Committee reviewing electric restructuring issues. The second document is the draft Electric Restructuring Bill. I am unsure of exactly who the proponents of this legislation are but I suspect large industrial customers.
