FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION, Respondent, VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE, ET AL., Intervenors. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) CASE NO. 97-1715 (Complex) INTERVENOR IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION’S MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL Pursuant to F.R.A.P. 27 and Circuit Rule 27(e)(1) Intervenor Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) respectfully moves this Court for permission to substitute counsel in the above referenced matter. The IPUC’s initial counsel of record in this matter is no longer employed by the Office of the Attorney General of Idaho. Consequently, it is necessary to substitute the undersigned counsel as “counsel of record” for the IPUC. This Motion is appropriate for disposition by the Clerk pursuant to Circuit Rule 27(e)(1). Given the routine character of this Motion and the fact there are more than one hundred parties in this case, counsel has not consulted with other parties in this case but does not believe that this Motion will be opposed by any party.
