On December 21, 2023, East End Mutual Electric Company, LTD and United Electric Co- op, Inc., (“Parties”) filed a Joint Application with the Commission for approval of the Parties’ Territory Allocation Agreement. Application at 1. On January 9, 2024, the Commission received correspondence from United Electric Co- Op, Inc.’s attorney requesting that its Application be withdrawn. Due to the Parties voluntary withdrawal, Case No. C15-E-23-02 is now moot and should be closed within 14 days after the filing of the withdrawal by operation of Rule 68, IDAPA 31.01.01.068. _____________________________ Chris Burdin Deputy Attorney General
