OFFERED ON BEHALF OF THE IDAHO PUC
COMES NOW the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Idaho PUC") and
respectively moves the Hearing Officer for an Order admitting into evidence in this proceeding
the prefiled testimony, exhibits , Qualification Statement, and supporting Affidavit of IPUC
witness Lou Ann Westerfield. The prefiled testimony, exhibits, Qualification Statement are

WP-O7-Q-ID-l: Qualification Statement of Lou Ann Westerfield
The Idaho PUC filed the Direct Testimony of its witness Lou Ann Westerfield with
three exhibits and the Qualification Statement in a timely fashion. An Errata to the Direct
Testimony was filed April 11 2008 , WP-07-ID-El. On May 5, 2008, the Idaho PUC filed
the Rebuttal Testimony and 13 exhibits. All these documents were duly filed and served by all
parties by means of electronic filing and uploaded on the secure website established for this
proceeding.

The Affidavit of Lou Ann Westerfield (WP-07-ID-3) attesting to the accuracy of
her testimony and supporting exhibits has been duly filed and served in this proceeding. The
testimony and supporting exhibits were filed in conformance with the rules in this proceeding.
Based upon the reasons set forth above, the Hearing Officer should grant the Motion
of the Idaho PUC to admit its testimony, exhibits, Qualification Statement and Affidavit into
evidence in the administrative record in this proceeding.
