Comment: "The ci�zens of Nez Perce county and especially the city of Lewiston, Idaho are already paying
excessively high property taxes and with infla�on the cost of living etc. is also hur�ng us in the pocket
books. We do not need any increases in expenses especially in power and natural gas bills. Please
consider telling Avista no this go around. Thank you, David Funke "

Comment: "I live on Social Security, have two disabled adult children to support because they have been
wai�ng years for their disability insurance claims to mature and we don't have extra cash for any more
increases. In the winter we depend on gas to heat the house and have closed off all rooms other than
those that are being used constantly. We can't meet all our bills so we have to chose to stay warm or eat
but can't do both. If there was only a way to dis�nguish from those that are able to budget for yet
another increase and those that can't even meet the increases up to now! My meter needs to be
replaced and I'm paying an averaged out amount which is way more expensive and I can't curtail the
monthly outlay by conserving. Why is this increase needed? Hopefully not for an increase in wages,
salaries or bonuses!"
