Comment: "The request by Avista is a 286 % increase on top of a 6.2 % LY base rate along with a large
increase in electrical and smaller in Nat Gas ( LY + 16.7). Understand that infla�on effects companies as
well as individuals, however families have to economize and companies should also. I have seen no
informa�on from Avista explaining their request. We rely on you to require reasonable increases. Please
deny any increase that is not supported with accurate and verified informa�on. Families are depending
