SUBJECT: AVISTA UTILITIES “MY CLEAN ENERGY PROGRAM” SCHEDULE 95
PROPOSED CHANGES; CASE NO. AVU-E-21-15

On October 18, 2021, Avista Utilities (“Company”) applied to modify the “My Clean
Energy Program” (“Program”) price structure based on changing market conditions and to meet
the legislative requirement of all costs and benefits being confined to the program, while
optimizing value for program participants. The Company requests a January 1, 2022, effective
date for the proposed changes to the Program.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure. Staff recommends establishing a public comment deadline of December 15,
2021, and Company reply deadline of December 22, 2021.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure with comments due by December 15, 2021, and Company reply comments by
December 22, 2021?
