On August 19,2021, Avista Corporation, dba Avista Utilities filed a Request to
Withdraw Application. Under Rule of Procedure 68, "Unless otherwise ordered by the
Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing." IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The
Commission did not otherwise order. Avista Corporation, dba Avista Utilities' Application is
withdrawn as a matter of law as of Septernber 3,2021. Therefore, this case should be closed.
