SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER AVISTA’S ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT FILING
FOR ELECTRIC LINE EXTENSION SCHEDULE 51; CASE NO. AVU-E-
21-03.
On March 29, 2021, Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities applied for Commission
approval of an update in costs and administrative changes to the Company’s Electric Line
Extension Schedule 51. The Company requested a May 15, 2021 effective date.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure and establish a June 2, 2021 comment deadline and a June 9, 2021 reply
comment deadline. Staff recommends the Commission suspend the Company’s proposed effective
date until July 1, 2021.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing a June 2, 2021 comment deadline and a June 9, 2021 reply comment
deadline and suspend the proposed effective date of May 15, 2021 until July 1, 2021?
