Insummary,ourtalksareprogressingandareproductive. AvistaandKECmetonTuesdayMarch 23rd to discuss the remaining issues related to the renewal of our Residential Service Territory Agreement. The meeting was dedicated in particular to educating one another regarding our operational approaches to construction. Both parties benefited from understand business models and required mandates from each of our governing agencies. Avista will provide what we believe will be the final draft of the Residential Service Territory agreement to KEC no later than April 12th.
