RE: Notice of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case
In accordance with Case No. GNR-U-20-01, OrderNo.346V,which suspends the requirement
to file physical copies, the Company has attached for electonic frling with the Commission its
intent to file a combined electric and natural gas general rate case.
In compliance with the minimum sixty day notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of
Procedure "Notice of Intentto File a General Rate Case," Avista Corporationhereinprovides
notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission that the Company intends to file a combinod
electric and natural gas general rate case on or after January 15,2021. It is the Company's intent
to utilize the l2-month period ending December 31,2019, as the test year for its filing. The
Company implemented its last general rate change in the state of Idaho on Decernber 1,2019 for
its electric customers and January 1,2018 for its natural gas customers.
