Idaho Forest Group LLC ("Idaho Forest Group")petitioned to intervenein this case on
April 15,2019,pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission,IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075,based on Avista filing aNotice of Intent to file a general
rate case.The Company ultimatelyfiled its Application on June 10,2019.By Order No.34368
the Commission has now issued its Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline
based on Avista's Application.Consequently,it is now appropriate to consider this Petition to
Intervene.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the
Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Idaho Forest
Group LLC is hereby granted.
