Dear IPUC,
I want to register that Idahoans care about clean energy. It is important that considerations ofcosts of energy include such factors as are sometimes called "externalities". I'm thinking, in
particular, of the health costs of coal power, and the tourism revenue costs of rising rivertemperatures due to climate change. Please incorporate these "externalities" into your future
calculations.
