Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission:
I'm a resident of Sandpoint, ID and a customer of Avista. I'm requesting that the commission
hold a virtual public hearing on Avista's 2020 Electric Integrated Resource Plan for those of us
in Sandpoint. I think it is important the IPUC held a virtual public hearing to offer the public
an opportunity to comment on Avista's electric plan because we do not have the opportunity to
choose who we buy our electricity from and can not choose a company that offers more
climate friendly options. Protecting our natural environment is important to me and the future
of my children and I want to support a utility plan that embodied these ideals. I welcome the
opportunity to weigh in on Avista's new resource plan and how this can be made more
sustainable for our future.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Again, I am requesting the IPUC hold a
virtual public hearing on Avista's 2020 Electric Integrated Resource Plan.

Idaho Code § 74-101(13) and all information provided by me in this comment is available for
public and media inspection. My comment may be reviewed by the utility.
