On November 16, 2018, Avista Corporation (the Company) filed two applications

these cases.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends identical procedural schedules for AVU-G- 1 8-08 and AVU-E- I 8-

public, the Company, and Staff to have matching procedural schedules for the cases. Staff believes
Modified Procedure is appropriate for both cases.

Staff recommends the Commission issue a separate Notice of Modified Procedure for
each case, with comments due by November 18, 2019 and reply comments due by December 2,
2019.
