Attached for filing with the Commission is an electronic copy of Avista Corporation,
doing business as Avista Utilities ("Avista" or "Company"), o supplement to Amendment No. 1
to the power purchase agreement ("PPA") with the City of Cove, Oregon ("City"). It has come
to Avista's attention that Attachment I to Amendment No. 1 was inadvertently omitted when
Amendment No. 1 was filed. Accordingly, Avista is supplementing the filing with the enclosed
