Comment:Initiallywhen the brochures were handed out re:Meters;if we didn't want it-we didn't have to sign for it.I
didn't sign for it.When I beganto get strange(which became severe)symptoms;I was surprised to find the meter on my
house.I have been an active,energetic person.My health has been increasingly debilitatingsince the installation of the
Smart Meter.I leave my house every 2-3 months to get relieffrom symptoms.I can go into more detail of health issues;
but this is limited space.My purpose in moving to Idaho was to own my own home and live life!!My health issues have
limited my capabilities in working prior to the "meters'which affects my income.
I am putting money into a house that makes me ill and can't enjoy.This is not the American Dream and it's a violation of
my right to life,pursuit of happiness and good health.I live in and bought my home with others in a new-home
neighborhood.The turn-around of people moving in and out has been constant since moving here.I ask for relief to be
able to opt out and also not charged a penalty in so doing so.

Comment:I ask for your reconsideration in this case to allow people the choice to opt out of using Avista's WiFi meter's
in favor of the analog version.I continue to get reports from constituents who claim injury from wireless meters.They
should be given the option of analog meters,they don't have the option of another utility provider in a rural community.

Comment:I request the Commission to require Utility companies to provide opt-outs for their customers who do not
want RF-EMR emitting meters with no additional monthly fees or other fees.
When a persons or a families health is on the line it is unprofessional and out of line to try and force this upon a people.
