want to be exposed to RF radiation emitted from the wireless utility smart meters.The research clearly shows that this
technology is NOT safe and no safety studies exist regarding it.We deserve to be safe in our own homes and our safety
and well being must be the top priority.Many are already disabled by this technology and according to the ADA,
reasonable accommodations must be made concerning them using safe,non radiating analog meters.

Comment:I am requesting the Commission to please honor personal freedom and require Utility companies to provide
an opt-out for all customers who do not want RF-EMR emitting meters with no additional fees or any other chargesor
penalties of any kind.
Smart meters have not been studied to see if they cause health problems so what are the claims that "they are safe"
based on?Until credible,independent,scientific,peer-reviewed studies clearly show there is no causal relationship
between long-term exposure to RF radiation emitting from smart meters and human health problems I respectfully ask
you to please reverse your decision.Thank you.
