Hello Mr.Farley,
I'm responding to your decision.Digital meters are an intrusion into our homes, otherwise they would only contactthelocalofficewithdomesticmeterusageoncepermonthratherthantwiceaminute.Such an intrusion is against ourprivacyandrights. We should have the right to decide to be part of this surveillance,or not. There are numerousexamplesofpeoplebeingharmedbyWiFifrequencies. We should have the ability to opt out of this madness.Thankyou,
Gerald Fluhrer

Subject:Opt outs for Smart Meters and other digital meters
Dear Mr.Farley:
It is a travesty to deny customers an opt out for digital meters.I know many electro-sensitive people who can feel, hear,
or see the pulsing from these meters in their home.Others find, that since the meter was put on their house, they can
no longer sleep well at night, they have headaches, and they can't concentrate.I am one of those. As well, studies showthatcontinualexposuretoelectro-magnetic waves have an adverse effect on our immune systems. Our children aresickerthantheyhavebeenfordecades, especially with nervous ailments, and they keep getting cold after cold aftercold, even those who eat a healthy organic diet with no processed foods or sugar.
Please reverse your position and offer an opt-out.Those who want it are willing to make certain it is cost-effective forthecompany,by covering any of their own additional costs.Thank you.
