Comment:Please add my voice to the many who object to the Canadiancompany Hydro One taking control of Avista
Corp.A foreign company (even in a friendly country)taking control of our power sources is NOT a good idea.Canada is
also a Socialist country,with many bad ideas which would not work well in the U.S.There is NO good reason to give this
control to Hydro One.Recently the CanadianGovt forced out the CEO of H-One,and all 10 commission members
resigned.This is not a good sign of a stable company.The only people benefiting from this merger would be major
stock-holders and some supervisory employees.Certainly it doesn't help the customers.Please stand firm on your
rejection of this merger.Thank You.
