Subject:I Object to Hydro One acquiring Avista!
I am not able to attend the Public Utility hearing on the acquisition of Avista Utilities by Hydro One.I feel
the people /customers of the utilityare better served by Avista remaining independent of the
conglomerate commercial entity.Please note my concern and reject the sale as proposed.

I strongly object to the acquisition of Avista by Hydro One.I live in rural North Idaho,outside of Coeur
d'Alene.
Please have the courage to stand up to the big money and special corporate interests involved and
protect the people of Idaho.
