As things stand now,I would be opposed to this merger.I do not like the idea of a public utilities
company here in the US being owned by a foreign company,especially one that is largely owned by the
province of Ontario,Canada.There is something to be said about local control and interests that are not
divided.
Please feel free to keep me posted on this issue as it works its way through the hearing process.
