Please stop the sale of Avista
Please protect the customers of Avista.Hydo one is $350 Billion in debt and they are looking to buy
Avista to bail themselves out at the expense of the Avista customers.This sale would give to a foreign
government control of water rights and 13 Damns.375,000 customers,plus the subsidiaries of Avista
such a 2 gold mines in Alaska with the value of 2 billion and many lands owned by Avista plus the miles
of lines and power production.Avista has good customer service.Comparesto Hydro One has very
poor customer service with many black outs.The rates for customers of hydro one are for electric pus
70%surcharge to supplement wind power plus disruptions fees,three times Avista rates..Costs like
that would be a disaster for the economy of North idaho.No matter what is being said now in time they
will raise rates.Please protect us as your commission is charged to do and prevent this sale.
