Comment:Opposethe sale of avista to Hydro-One which operates under Canadian law.Hydro One has the highest rates
in Canada and the worst reliability record.It seems to me this bankrupt company is coming to be bailed out by avista
customers.The current CEO's O Avista are being offered millions for this sale leaving the customer at the mercy of a
socialist government with their global adjustment fees.This is not good for the United States.Please protect the utility
customers that you are charged to protect.Thank you.
