Comment:I am not opposed to the purchase of Avista by Hydro One.However I believe you as representatives of Idaho
citizens should try to get favorable terms.I would propose that you should require that Hydro One at a minimum
continue the net metering policy of Avista,or perhaps it expand it to include some sort of year end refund for unused
credits.Thank you for your consideration.
