Comment:I attended the public meeting you held in Coeur d Alene and I have submitted at least three of these
comments to you.I can't remember anyone at the hearing in favor of this buy-out;and I'm sure you're getting plenty of
unfavorable comments,like mine,about it.
I heard a few days ago that Premier Ford 'fired'the Hydro One CEO as well as the entire Hydro One Board.
You must know Hydro One's financial situation (near bankruptcy),and you must know the ridiculously HIGH rates
Ontarions are paying for electricity.As Mr.Ford said in his press conference,"...people tell me it's either eat or heat"--
theycan't afford both.
You know all of this,yet the front page of our Post Falls Press Thursday 7-12 quoted Avista as saying "We remain
focused on serving our customers,communities,employees and shareholders."How stupid do you think we are??Ifyou're so "committed,"why are you even still considering this?Maybe you all ought to move to Washington D.C.andjointhatswamp!
