Complaint: We are writing to let you know that we are opposed to the pending merger of Avista utilities with the
Canadian company Hydro One. We are against any foreign company owning an American energy utility, and having
control of American natural resources (natural gas, electric and water sources) as well as American infrastructure (dams,
Hydro electric plants, say in river and lake use, etc.). We also oppose a foreign entity setting prices for gas, electric
usage. We very strongly urBe you to deny this merger.
