Comment: My husband and I oppose this sale; it is unconstitutional for Avista to sell their utility to a foreign company
and to turn over their damns and all infrastructure to a questionable group in a country we are not a part of. We need
more time to bring forward testimony exposing the questionable practices of this company and it's unknown
membership.

Avista Sale to Canadian CompanySubiect:
Hello,
ls this sale a done deal or can it still be stopped? I am not sure why ldaho would allow this sale to go through if it has
the chance/power to stop it. lt seems like a bad idea to give up control of our power utility to another country that
might take care of their own citizens before ldaho and Washington customers. I can see I am late responding on this
issue but hopefully there is still time to reconsider. ls there any more public comment on the issue? I have been an
Avista customer since it was still WWP and do not want to see this company sold to a foreign entity.
