Comment:As an American,I am deeply troubled by the proposed sale of an Ameriican utilityto a foreign companies!
This is compounded by the refusal to acknowledge who the whole ownership parties!
I am totally against this sale and intend to participate in any class action brought against this action!
Do you not question the payout of the board of Avista and the condition of the finances of Hydro one?
Take some time and study the proposed "great"reduction of the monthly fees proposed for a number of years and then
see what will happen after,fates increased to cover Hyro ones outstanding debt?
This subject should be given much more public coverage than now done and you would see how many people are
