Comment:We have had dealings with the the Canadian Business or their Legal system,they do not treat the nonresidentswithrespectorfairness.(Timeshare).
My questions that I have are:Who started the courting process that led to the Offer to buy out Avista by Hydro One?Second question is:Does Hydro one produce any power that is NOT Solar or Wind?Third 0.uestion:What happens to this sale if Idaho UPC Tell them NO to the Sale,and Wasington State tells them Yes?Avista has changed since it got involved with Enron a lot of years ago.We have been costomer's of Washinto WaterPower,and Avista for 38 year.
Idaho PUC should NOTapprove this sale as it is Not in the common interest of the Idaho people to have our Waterpower,Gas owned by a forein Country.IT is time for the Idaho PUC to stand up for those that live in Idaho...

Comment:Please deny the acquisition of Avista by Hydro One.
I do not believe any US public utilitycompany should be owned by a foreign corporation and particularly when thatforeigncorporationisownedbyit's government with 49.9%ownership.
I am also concerned that the Canadiangovernment is left leaning "socialistic"and has signed on to ecological internationalagreements that the US has not endorsed.
This acquisition is not in the best interests of US and Idaho citizens who are avista gas or electric customers.
