I am writingto express strenuous objection to Avista being sold to Canada's HydrioOne.How in the
world can any foreign-owned corporation be allowed to own/control our energy companies??
We understand that HydroOne is switching to unreliable and unaffordablyexpensivewindmills and
solar,both requiring labor-intensive maintenance for coreret operation.Solar panels require weekly
cleaning and regular batteries'replacement.Consequently,America's reliable hydro-elecric generating
dams will deteriorate,ending our affordable energy.
Canada can later sell HydroOne to China or any country,due to international trade agreements.It is
critically important to American national security concerns that we disallow any foreign-owned
corporation to own/conrolour energy companies,dams,electrical and natural gas infrastructure.
I stronglyurge you to PLEASE stop this sale to Canada or to any foreign-owned corporation.
